TWD: Apple Nut Muffin Cake

Dorie had a kitchen emergency and turned her Apple Nut Muffins into cake. I did the reverse and turned Dorie's Apple Nut Muffin Cake into muffins!

Yum. Apples, nuts, raisins, nothing says Fall like apple desserts.

    I love how they look as muffins. I seriously thought about doing this but in the end, I made a cake. I am sure, it was good, either way.

    I love that you did muffins with this recipe. It was great batter no matter which way you cooked it! I heart muffins.
