TWD: Maple-Cornmeal Drop Biscuits

Not much to look at, but mighty tasty nonetheless.

Think cornbread, think scone, then think of them merged together. Yes, that's it! That is what these little gems taste like. Crumbly and soft with just a hint of sweetness. Very good. Too good to eat just one.

  1. I think yours look just fine! Mine were crumbly but since I baked them too long they weren't very soft. I liked the sweetness from the maple syrup.
